In order to make this a more useful document to the whole Mac community, please note the following:
• all comments will be attributed/anonymous comments will not be printed. The author or manufacturer has a right to know who is complaining. If a comment is printed and not attributed, it’s ours (and we’ll take the heat for it). We will still include conflicts mentioned in a program’s documentation.
• non-specific problems will not be printed. It is unfair to say ‘INIT/Program ABC is garbage’ without a specific description of the circumstances under which the problem occured.
• problems that have been addressed with later (or current) versions will be noted in each report (instead of a separate chapter). It is unfair for anyone to bad-mouth a product based on their opinion of out-of-date version.
• INITInfo will be available on CompuServe in modular format, as a formatted Microsoft Word document, and as a HyperCard Stack.
